Group Home and Community Visits

At Friendship Circle Houston, friendship reaches far beyond our walls. Through our community outreach program, we visit adults with special needs living in group homes and residential communities throughout the Greater Houston area, including Brookwood Community, The Center for Pursuit, Noah’s Ark, and other local homes and programs.

Our visits are about more than delivering something special—they are about showing up, staying connected, and reminding every individual that they are a valued part of our community.

Throughout the year, Friendship Circle volunteers bring care packages, holiday gifts, treats, and meaningful Jewish experiences directly to residents. Whenever possible, we spend time visiting, celebrating, and creating personal connections that bring friendship and joy into each home.

Guided by a simple promise—that everyone counts—we strive to ensure that adults with special needs throughout our community know that they are remembered, included, and embraced as part of the Friendship Circle family.
